How we measure the work
We do not guarantee outcomes, and we are wary of anyone who does. The way AI systems choose which firms to name is not published, so our work is grounded in how these systems are known to surface and trust content, not in secret certainty. What we can do, and what most cannot, is measure it. We audit your firm before we start and again as we go, and we show you the movement. That measured before and after is our honest substitute for a promise.

He has worked with trial lawyers since 2008, and he built and sold TrialLine, the legal timeline software used in courtrooms across the country.
