According to a 7News report, paramedics were called to a home daycare located in the 4300 block of Ceylon Street in northeast Denver at about 4 p.m. on November 5th, 2010 when a 1-year-old boy was reported not breathing. The child was transported to Children’s Hospital in Aurora where he was pronounced dead. Later, Denver Police Lieutenant confirmed that the boy was the child of a police officer, yet he indicated that the child’s death was a private matter not related to the officer’s duties.
